I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, pet loss support, and caregiver stress and burnout. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate difficult experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Together, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be contributing to current challenges while building practical tools to improve emotional well-being, strengthen resilience, and foster personal growth.

Marie Chacon, LMFT, is a warm, compassionate therapist with over a decade of clinical experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. She became a therapist because she deeply believes in our innate capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change.

Marie recognizes that we all possess strengths, even during difficult times, and that sometimes we need support in accessing those strengths. Her approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create more fulfilling lives.

Marie specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, caregiver stress and burnout, and pet loss and grief. She is bilingual in Spanish and licensed to provide therapy in California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Utah.
